  1. Grade E or above in any two sittings in either:

    • AL subjects or
    • AL subject and 2 AS subjects

  2. Grade E or above in AS Chinese Language & Culture (Those without a Chin Lang qualification at HKCEE level may substitute this with an additional AL/AS subject)

  3. Grade E or above in AS UE (Equivalences to Grade D and Grade E in AS UE are given in HKBU Undergraduate Prospectus (2001 entry)
  1. Grade E or above in at least 6 subjects (5 Subjects are acceptable if the total of these 5 grades is not less than 8 points (Grade A to E shall be given points 5 to 1 respectively)

  2. including Chin Lang (or French or German) and English Language (Syll B) with at least 5 subjects in a single sitting. (Grade C in Eng Lang (Syll A) is considered equivalent to Grade E in Eng Lang (Syll B)

：

  1. 高級補充程度英語運用E級或以上； 及

  2. 高級補充程度中國語文及文化E級或以
    上     (申請人若以法文或德文取代香港中
    學會考之中國語文要求；     則其高補之
    中國語文及文化科以另多一科高級程
    度    /高補程度科目代替。) 及

  3. 兩科高級程度科目E級或以上； 或一科高級程度加兩科高級補充程度科
    目    E級或以上。
  1. 於香港中學會考取得六科Ｅ級或以上成
    績，     其中包括中國語文或法文/德文及
    英國語文     (課程乙) ，     而其中五科必須
    於同一次考試中取得及格     (倘只取得五

  2. 科及格， 則五科總分不能少於八分) ；
    或

  3. 考獲其他與香港中學會考同等程度考試
    的及格成績，     並獲香港考試局批准參
    加香港高級程度考試。

  2. AS UE; and

  3. Either 2 AL subjects or 1 AL subjects and 2 AS subjects (other than UE and Chin Lang & Culture)

* Applicants who do not possess the required results in the AS Chin Lang & Culture but who have obtained outstanding results in other subjects may, at the discretion of individual Faculties, be exempted from this language requirement and be admitted to the programme concerned after passing a language test arranged by the University.

  2. Pass in AS Chin Lang & Culture

  3. Pass in AS U
Grade E or above in at least 7 subjects at the 1st and if necessary 2nd attempt with at least 5 in a single sitting. Subjects must include Maths., Eng Lang (Syll A or B), and either Chinese or an alternative language.

  1. P一次應考中於以下科目取得及格成績
    ：     高級程度一科及高級補充程度兩科
    或高級程度兩

  2. 高級補充程度中國語文及文化*或通識

    充程度中國語文及文化或通識教育，
    但在香港中學會考中國語文科取得及格
    成績，     並獲香港科技大學批准大學或
    會考慮其入學申請    )

  3. 英語運用(UE) 考試合格

*申請者可以高級程度中國文學Ｅ級或以上之
成績， 取代高級補充程度中國語文及文化。
除中國文學外， 該類申請者須於英語運用考
試、高級程度中國文學及以下科目中取得Ｅ
級或以上之成績。 科目組合須�蓮A以下三項
其中一項：

  1. 高級程度兩科
  2. 高級程度一科及高級補充程度一科
  3. 高級補充程度三科

若申請者以另一種語言(並非中國語文) 來達
到中學會考之語文要求， 則可以高級程度或
高級補充程度任何一科來取代高級補充程度
中國語文及文化的要求。

第一及第二次(如有需要應考) 考試中獲得最
少七科及格的成績， 其中�蓮A以下兩項要求
：

*因應此入學條件，英國語文(課程甲) Ｃ級成績視為等同於英國語文(課程乙) Ｅ級成績。
