　　僱 員 再 培 訓 局 http://www.erb.org 提供僱 員 再 培 訓計 劃 。 僱員再 培 訓局 的 服 務 宗 旨 是 「 為 僱 員 提 供 再 培 訓 ， 為 僱 主 介 紹 好 人 才 」 。 目 的 在 於 為 受 經 濟 轉 型 影 響 的 合 資 格 僱 員 提 供 再 培 訓 ， 協 助 他 們 轉 業 或 就 業 ， 同 時 ， 亦 致 力 為 僱 主 轉 介 合 適 學 員 ， 藉 此 紓 緩 各 行 各 業 於 基 層 人 才 招 聘 上 的 困 難 。該 計 劃透 過 超過50間認 可 的 培 訓 機 構 提 供 訓 練 及 就 業 轉 介 ， 所 舉 辦 的 培 訓 課 程 從 僱 員 再 培 訓 基 金 撥 款 資 助 。其 轄 下 的 培 訓 中 心 共 逾 130 間 ， 分 佈 於 港 九 新 界 各 區 開 辦 160 多 項 課 程 。 培 訓 機 構 亦 設 有 專 業 的 就 業 輔 導 組 ， 為 學 員 安 排 職 業 選 配 及 轉 介 。

　　The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) provides a retraining programme. The functions of ERB are to provide retraining to eligible workers to assist them in taking on new or enhance skills so that they can adjust to changes in the economic environment. There are more than 50 training bodies funded by the Employees Retraining Fund that is responsible for the provision of retraining courses. Besides, the retraining programme also covers employed persons who need to acquire new skills at basic level in order to stay in their existing jobs or to take up new jobs once displaced.
